Hello, Everybody.

ခရီးသြားတယ္ဆိုတာ လူတုိင္းႏွစ္သက္တဲ့ အလုပ္တစ္ခုပါ။ ကၽြန္မတို႕ အားလံုး ခရီးသြားျခင္းကို ႏွစ္သက္ ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အခ်ိန္ရတဲ့အခါတိုင္း ကၽြန္မတို႕ ခရီးထြက္ၾကတာ မဟုတ္ပါလား။

One of the activities of everybody who enjoys travelling is to go on trip. We all like travelling. Therefore, when we have a chance, we make a journey, don’t we?
  

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့နွစ္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ ၂၄ ရက္ေန႕မွ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႕ထိ ကၽြန္မ ျမန္မာျပည္ကို သြားလည္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ ေရာက္ ခဲ့တဲ့ ၿမိဳ႕ေတြကေတာ့ မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕နဲ႕ ပုဂံၿမိဳ႕ပါ။ ဒီၿမိဳ႕ႏွစ္ၿမိဳ႕လံုးဟာ ျမန္မာ့သမိုင္းမွာ အလြန္တရာ အေရးပါတဲ့ ၿမိဳ႕ေဟာင္းမ်ားပါဘဲ။ 

Last year I travelled to Myanmar during 24-27 December. I visited to Mandalay city and Bagan city. These two cities are very significant historic site of Myanmar.

ပုဂံမွာ သမုိင္း၀င္ ေရွ႕ေဟာင္း ဘုရား ပုထိုး ေစတီ မ်ားနဲ႕ ျပည့္ႏွက္ေနပါတယ္။ အင္မတန္ ေျပာင္ေျမာက္တဲ့ ေရွ႕ေခတ္က ျမန္မာ့ အႏုပညာ လက္ရာကို ျမင္ေတြ႕ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕မွာလည္း ဒီအတုိင္းပါဘဲ။ တင္ရွားေက်ာ္ၾကားတဲ့ ဘုရား ေစတီေတြကေတာ့ ပုဂံမွာဆုိရင္ အာနႏၵာ။ ေရႊစည္းခံု။ ဓမၼရံႀကီး။ ဗူးဘုရား စတဲ့ ဘုရား ေစတီေတြ ျဖစ္ၾကပါတယ္။ မႏၱေလးမွာဆိုရင္ မဟာျမတ္မုနိ ဘုရားႀကီး။ မႏၱေလးေတာင္။ ဦးပိန္တံတားနဲ႕ မႏၱေလး နန္း ေတာ္တို႕ ျဖစ္ၾကပါတယ္။

Bagan is full of ancient pagodas, temples, and stupas. I have seen various historical masterpiece of art and craft. Mandalay also has the same. The famous pagodas in Bagan are Ananda, Shwezigon, Dhammayangyi, Bupaya, etc. As for Mandalay, the famous places are Manamuni Payagyi, Mandalay Hill, U Bein Bridge and The Royal Mandalay Palace.

ျမန္မာေတြဟာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာကို အဓိက ကုိးကြယ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဗုဒၶစာေပေတြကို သင္ၾကားတဲ့ ေက်ာင္း တုိက္ႀကီးေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ရွိၾကပါတယ္။ အခုေခတ္မွာ မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕ဟာ ဗုဒၶစာေပကို အဓိက သင္ၾကားေပးရာ ၿမိဳ႕ပါဘဲ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ရဟန္းသံဃာေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ဖူးေတြ႕ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။

Myanmar people mainly worship Buddhism. Therefore there are many big monasteries teaching Buddhist literature. Nowadays Mandalay city is the most prominent place for Buddhist literature teaching. Thus, I saw a lot of monks there.

ၿပီးေတာ့ ကၽြန္မ ေက်းလက္ေဒသကိုလည္း ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ပဲဆီႀကိတ္ေနတဲ့ ေနရာကိုလည္း ေရာက္ခဲ့ ပါ တယ္။ ျမန္မာအစားစာေတြကိုလည္း ၀ယ္စားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာမုန္႕ေတြထဲမွာ နာမည္ေက်ာ္ကေတာ့ မုန္႕ ဟင္းခါးပါဘဲ။ ျမန္မာေတြ သိပ္ႀကိဳက္တဲ့ အစားအစာ ထင္ပါရဲ့။ ေနရာတိုင္းမွာ မုန္႕ဟင္းခါးဆုိင္ကို ေတြ႕ႏိုင္ ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မတို႕ ထုိင္းေတြ ေခါက္ဆြဲ (ကြတ္တီယုိ)  ကို ႀကိဳက္ႏွစ္သက္ၾကသလိုေပါ့။ 

After that I visited rural town and a village producing peanut oil. I also bought Myanmar food to taste. Mohinga is famous among Myanmar food. It’s the food that Myanmar people like very much, I think. You can find Mohinga shop everywhere. It’s the same as in my country, Thailand, where Thai people like noodles very much.

ေနာက္ ထူးထူးဆန္းဆန္း မုန္႕တစ္ခုက မုန္႕လင္မယား..တဲ့။ ထူးဆန္းတယ္ ဆိုတာက နာမည္ကို ေျပာတာပါ။ ဘာေၾကာင့္ ဒီမုန္႕ကို ဒီနာမည္ေပးရသလဲဆိုတာ ကၽြန္မ မသိပါ။ ျမန္မာတုိ႕ရဲ့ အဓိက ျမစ္ႀကီးက ဧရာ၀တီ ျမစ္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေျပာျပစရာေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ရွိပါေသးတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ ေျပာျပတာကို အခုလို နားေထာင္ေပးတဲ့ အ တြက္ သူငယ္ခ်င္းတို႕ကို ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။

Then I found a very strange Myanmar snack called ‘Mont Linmayar’ or  “Husband and Wife”. Its name is very weird. I do not know why it was given such name. Ayeyawaddy is the main river of Myanmar. There are still a lot of things to talk about. Thank you all friends for listening to my talk like this.
