Good morning everybody.

ဒီေန႕ ဖတ္ျပမဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာက အခ်စ္ ၀တၳဳတိုေလး တပုဒ္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

The story that we will read today is a short love story.

တကယ္ေတာ့ ဒီ၀တၳဳတုိကို ဖတ္ျပဖို႕ တာ၀န္ က်တာ က်မ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ေအးျမတ္သူ တာ၀န္က်တာပါ။

Actually it’s not my duty to read this story. It should be Aye Myat Thu’s duty.

ဒါေပမဲ့ ဒီအပတ္ ေအးျမတ္သူ ေက်ာင္းမလာျဖစ္လို႕ ဆရာက သူမကိုယ္စား က်မကို တာ၀န္ေပးပါတယ္။

But, since Aye Myat Thu does not come to school this week, the teacher asked me to do the duty on her behalf.

ကၽြန္မအေနနဲ႕ ဒီ၀တၳဳေလးကို ေအးျမတ္သူ ကိုယ္စား ဖတ္ျပခြင့္ရတာ ၀မ္းသာပါတယ္။

I’m happy to be allowed to read this story on behalf of Aye Myat Thu.

၀တၳဳတိုေလးက အခ်စ္ ၀တၳဳက ေလးဆုိေတာ့ စိတ္၀င္စားစရာ ေကာင္းပါတယ္။

This story is an interesting short love story.

ကဲ စဖတ္ျပေတာ့မယ္ေနာ္။ ၀တၳဳ ေခါင္းစဥ္ က ´အလြမ္းမ်ားစြာႏွင့္´ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Well, let’s start reading. The title of the story is “Missing You So Much”.

အလြမ္းမ်ားစြာႏွင့္

Missing You So Much

ေလေျပေလညွင္းကေလးက အင္းလ်ားကန္ေရျပင္ေပၚတြင္ လွ်ပ္တိုက္ ေျပးေဆာ့ေန၏။

There was some gentle breeze touching and blowing on the Inya lake water smoothly and slowly. 

ကန္ေဘာင္ေပၚရွိ ခုံတန္းေပၚတြင္ ေခ်ာေမာလွပေသာ အမ်ိဳးသမီးႀကီးတစ္ဦး ထိုင္ေနသည္။

At the bank of Inya Lake, there was a beautiful lady sitting on the bench.

သူမသည္ ကန္ေရျပင္ဘက္ကို မ်က္ႏွာမူထားေသာ္လည္း သူမ၏ မ်က္၀န္းမ်ားက ကန္ကို ျမင္ဟန္မတူ။

Although she was looking at the water side, her eyes did not seem to see the water.

အလြမ္းရိပ္သန္းေနေသာ သူမ၏ မ်က္၀န္းမ်ားက ေကာင္းကင္မွ တိမ္မ်ားႏွယ္ လြင့္ ေမ်ာပါေနသည္။

Her eyes were expressing feeling of affection, wandering like clouds in the sky.

သူမ၏ စိတ္မ်ားက အတိတ္ဆီသုိ႕သာ…။

Her thought had been roaming to the past time of sweet memories.

ႏႈတ္မွလည္း တိုးတိတ္ ညင္သာစြာျဖင့္

She softly whispered herself;

´ေအာ္.. ေ၀းခဲ့ရတဲ့ ႏွစ္ေတြ ၾကာလွေပါ့..ေမာင္ ရယ္။

“Maung, my dear, we have to be far away for a long time.

ကၽြန္မေလ.. အခ်ိန္ေတြ ဘယ္လုိပင္ ေျပာင္းေျပာင္း ေမာင့္ကို တေန႕ကေလးမွ ေမ့မရခဲ့ပါဘူး ..ကြယ္´

I have never forgotten you even one day, although how the time has ever been changed.”

 ဟု ေရရြတ္ေနေလသည္။

She was reciting quietly.

ဤသို႕ တစ္ေယာက္တည္း ေရရြတ္ကာ အလြမ္းသယ္ေနသူမွာကား ရန္ကုန္တကၠသိုလ္ ျမန္မာစာဌာနမွ လက္ေထာက္ ကထိက ေဒၚရီရီျမင့္ ျဖစ္၏။

Such lady who mumbled by herself that she is missing her boyfriend is Daw Yi Yi Myint , assistant lecturer of University of Yangon.

သူမႏွင့္ ခ်စ္ရသူ ကိုတင္ေမာင္ေဆြတို႕သည္ အခ်စ္ႀကီးခ်စ္ခဲ့ၾကသည့္ စံုတြဲအျဖစ္ တကၠသိုလ္ နယ္ေျမတြင္ နာမည္ႀကီးခဲ့ဖူး ပါသည္။

She and her lover, Ko Tin Maung Swe, loved each other so much. Everybody in the University campus knew as they were famous couple.

 ကိုတင္ေမာင္ေဆြက စာေပသမား ႏိုင္ငံေရးကို စိတ္၀င္စားသူ။

Ko Tin Maung Swe was a litterateur and he was interested in politics too.

အေရးအခင္းေပၚတုိင္း အၿမဲတမ္း ပါ၀င္ေနသျဖင့္ စစ္အာ ဏာပိုင္မ်ားက ဖမ္းဆီးျခင္း ခံခဲ့ရသည္။

Because he always participated in the political demonstrations, he was arrested by the military authorities.

ထို႕ေနာက္ သတင္းအစအန ေပ်ာက္ကာ ေသသည္ရွင္သည္မသိသည္မွာ ယခုဆုိ လွ်င္ အႏွစ္ႏွစ္ဆယ္ခန္႕ရွိခဲ့ပါၿပီ။

Since then, she has never heard any news about him for almost 20 years.

ဆရာမသည္ အေ၀းဆီသို႕ ေငးေမွ်ာ္ရင္း အတိတ္ရပ္၀န္းသို႕ စိတ္အစဥ္က ခရီးႏွင္လွ်က္။

The lady teacher looked far way like absent-mindedly, her thought was travelling to the past.

´ေမာင္. ရီရီကို တကယ္ခ်စ္ရဲ့လား´

“Maung, do you really love Yi Yi?”

ဟု အမူပိုပိုျဖင့္ ခၽြဲႏြဲ႕ကာ တင္ေမာင္ေဆြကို ေျပာေလရာ   

She asked Tin Maung Swe wiles and endearingly;

´သိပ္ခ်စ္တာေပါ့.. ရီရီရာ။ ဒီေလာကႀကီးမွာ ကိုကိုက ရီရီကို အခ်စ္ဆံုး´

“ I love you very much, Yi Yi.  You are the one I love most in the world.”

ဟု ျပန္ေျပာသျဖင့္ ရီရီျမင့္၏ မ်က္ႏွာသည္ တိမ္ကင္းစင္သည့္ လမင္းပမာ ရႊန္းလက္၍ ေနေလသည္။

That because he replied to her, then her face was bright and shining immediately as the moon without cloud on it.

တင္ေမာင္ေဆြက လည္း ရီရီျမင့္၏ မ်က္ႏွာကို ေပ်ာက္ကြယ္သြားမွာ စိုးသည့္အလား စိုက္ၾကည့္ေန၏။

Tin Maung Swe was looking at her face as he was very serious to be lost Yi Yi Myint.

ခ်စ္သူႏွစ္ဦး အၾကည့္ခ်င္းဆံုေသာ အခါ ရင္ခုန္သံသည္ ပို၍ ျမန္ဆန္လာေလသည္။

When the two lovers looked at each other, their heartbeats were faster.

ရီရီျမင့္၏ မို႕မို႕ေဖာင္းေဖာင္းပါးကေလးေပၚတြင္ လိမ္းခ်ယ္ထားေသာ သနပ္ခါးရနံ႕ကလည္း တင္ေမာင္ေဆြ၏ နမ္းရႈိက္ လိုစိတ္ကို ႏႈိးဆြေနေလသည္။

The fragrant of thanakha which she covered on her plump cheeks activated Tin Maung Swe to kiss her.

 ၿပီးလွ်င္ ႏွင္းဆီေရာင္ နီျမန္းေနေသာ ခ်စ္သူ၏ ႏႈတ္ခမ္းမ်ားကလည္း စြဲမက္စရာပင္ မဟုတ္ပါလား။

And then, her rose-color lips are also very fascinating and attractive. Aren’t they?

တင္ေမာင္ေဆြသည္ ရီရီကို ျမတ္ႏိုးစြာျဖင့္ ေပြ႕ဖက္ထားလုိက္ေလ၏။

Tin Maung Swe hugged Yi Yi lovingly.  

ရီရီလည္း တင္ေမာင္ေဆြ၏ ရင္ခြင္ထဲတြင္ အခ်စ္၏ ဆန္းက်ယ္ေသာ ရသကို တရႈိက္မက္မက္ ခံစားေနမိသည္။

She deeply and passionately felt the strange feeling of love in her boyfriend’s embrace.

ထိုအခ်ိန္ကေလးမ်ား ေပ်ာက္ကြယ္သြားမွာကို ရီရီသည္ စိုးရိမ္မိေနသည္။

Yi Yi was worried that the moment will be gone.

ခ်စ္သူ၏ အနမ္းတခ်က္သည္ ပန္းမ်ားစြာကို ဖူးပြင့္ေစႏုိင္သည္ မဟုတ္ပါလား။

Could a kiss from her lover make flowers bloomed in her heart?

ထို႕ေနာက္ တင္ေမာင္ေေတြက

Then Tin Maung Swe said

´ရီရီကို ကိုယ္ သိပ္ခ်စ္တယ္..ကြာ´

“Yi Yi, I love you so much”

´ရီရီလည္း ေမာင့္လိုပါဘဲ.. အခ်စ္ရယ္´

“Yi Yi also love you, my darling”

´ေမာင္ေလ ရီရီနဲ႕ ေ၀းရမွာကို အရမ္းေၾကာက္တယ္ ကြယ္။ တခါတေလ ရီရီနဲ႕ ေ၀းသြားမွာကို ေတြးမိတိုင္း အိပ္မေပ်ာ္ ဘူး.သိလား´

“I’m so afraid to be apart from you. Sometime, ever while I am thinking that you would be away from me, I can’t sleep, do you know that?”

´အဲဒီေလာက္ေတာင္ဘဲလား… ေမာင္ရယ္။

“Really?

ရီရီ ဘယ္ေတာ့မွ ေမာင္နဲ႕ မခြဲဘူး သိလား။ “

Yi Yi will never go and separate from you.

I will be with you for all my life.

တသက္လံုး ေမာင္နဲ႕ဘဲ ေနမယ္။

ေျပာမျပတတ္ေအာင္ကို ခ်စ္တယ္ကြယ္။

I can’t tell how much I love you.

တကယ္လို႕မ်ား ေမာင္နဲ႕ေ၀းရရင္ ရီရီ အသက္ရွင္လို႕ ရမွာ မဟုတ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။

Actually, if I am away from you, I can’t live without you.

ေသသြားလိမ့္မယ္ထင္တယ္.. ေမာင္ရယ္´

I will be died, I think”

´ေမာင္ေျပာတာကို ယံုတယ္မဟုတ္လား´

“Do you believe what I tell you?”

´ယံုပါတယ္.. ေမာင္ရယ္။ ဒီကမၻာမွာ ရီရီ အယံုၾကည္ရဆံုးလူဟာ ေမာင္ပါဘဲ..ကြယ္´

“Yes, I believe you. In this world, I believe only you”

ထိုစဥ္ ကန္ေဘာင္ေပၚတြင္ လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ေနၾကေသာ ေက်ာင္းသူအုပ္စုတစ္ခု၏ ရီေမာသံမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ဆရာမ ေဒၚရီရီျမင့္ သည္ အေတြးမွ လန္႕ႏိုးလာေလသည္။

Then as she heard some loudly sound of a group of girl students walking and laughing at bank of the Inya Lake, the teacher Daw Yi Yi Myint woke up from her day dream.

ကန္ေရျပင္တြင္ကား လႈိင္းၾကက္ခြပ္ကေးလမ်ားက ကမ္းစပ္သို႕ တရိပ္ရိပ္ ေျပးလာေနၾက၏။

Some waves were running to the shore of the lake quickly.

သူမသည္ ထို လိႈင္းၾကက္ခြပ္ ကေလးမ်ားကို ၾကည့္ရင္း ေမာင္ေရ ျမန္ျမန္ျပန္လာပါေတာ့ဟု စိတ္ထဲက ေရရြတ္မိေလသည္။

While she was looking at the waves, she whispered by herself  “my dear, please come back to me quickly”.

အတိတ္သို႕လြမ္းဆြတ္တမ္းတမိသျဖင့္ သူမ၏ မ်က္၀န္းတြင္ မ်က္ရည္မ်ား စို႕ေနသည္။

Because of missing to the sweet past days, her eyes were full of tears.

အခ်စ္သည္ ရင္ကို ေအးျမေစခဲ့ သလို အခ်စ္သည္ ရင္ကို ေလာင္ကၽြမ္းေစခဲ့၏။

Love could make cool in the heart as well as love could burn her heart.

အခ်စ္သည္ ခြန္အားကို ျဖစ္ေစခဲ့သလုိ အလြမ္းမ်ားကိုလည္း ေမြးဖြားေပးခဲ့ ၏။

Love was to be strengthen as well as Love could cause remembrance and missing feelings.

ေမာင္ရယ္.. ျပန္မဆံုႏိုင္မွန္း သိလွ်က္သားႏွင့္ ကၽြန္မေလ တေန႕တရက္မွ ေမ့မရဘဲ ဒီေန႕ထိတုိင္ လြမ္းဆြတ္ေနဆဲပါ. .ကြယ္။ 

She thought: Though I cannot re-meet Maung again, any day I will not forget you. Until today, I still miss you.

ဇာတ္လမ္းကေတာ့ ဒီမွာ ၿပီးသြားပါၿပီ။

´ရီရီကို ကိုယ္ သိပ္ခ်စ္တယ္..ကြာ´     “Yi Yi, I love you so much”

´ရီရီလည္း ေမာင့္လိုပါဘဲ.. အခ်စ္ရယ္´“Yi Yi also love you, my darling”

´ေမာင္ေလ ရီရီနဲ႕ ေ၀းရမွာကို အရမ္းေၾကာက္တယ္ ကြယ္။ I’m so afraid to be apart from you.

တခါတေလ                        Sometime

ရီရီနဲ႕ ေ၀းသြားမွာကို             would be away from me

ေတြးမိတိုင္း                        ever while I am thinking that you

 အိပ္မေပ်ာ္ ဘူး.သိလား´       I can’t sleep, do you know that?”

´အဲဒီေလာက္ေတာင္ဘဲလား… ေမာင္ရယ္။ “Really?

 ေျပာမျပတတ္ေအာင္ကို ခ်စ္တယ္ကြယ္။ I can’t tell how much I love you.

တကယ္လို႕မ်ား ေမာင္နဲ႕ေ၀းရရင္      Actually, if I am away from you,

ရီရီ အသက္ရွင္လို႕ ရမွာ မဟုတ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ I can’t live without you.

ေသသြားလိမ့္မယ္ထင္တယ္.. ေမာင္ရယ္´ I will be died, I think”

´ေမာင္ေျပာတာကို ယံုတယ္မဟုတ္လား´ “Do you believe what I tell you?”

´ယံုပါတယ္.. ေမာင္ရယ္။       “Yes, I believe you.

ဒီကမၻာမွာ                          In this world,

ရီရီ အယံုၾကည္ရဆံုးလူဟာ ေမာင္ပါဘဲ..ကြယ္´ I believe only you”

ထိုစဥ္                               Then

ကန္ေဘာင္ေပၚတြင္              at the bank of the Inya Lake

လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ေနၾကေသာ       walking

ေက်ာင္းသူအုပ္စုတစ္ခု၏       a group of girl students

ရီေမာသံမ်ားေၾကာင့္             as some loudly sound laughing

အေတြးမွ လန္႕ႏိုးလာေလသည္။        woke up from her day dream.

ကန္ေရျပင္တြင္ကား             of the lake

လႈိင္းၾကက္ခြပ္ကေးလမ်ားက   some waves

ကမ္းစပ္သို႕                        to the shore

တရိပ္ရိပ္                           quickly.

ေျပးလာေနၾက၏။                 were running

သူမသည္ ထိုလိႈင္းၾကက္ခြပ္ ကေလးမ်ားကို ၾကည့္ရင္း While she was looking at the waves,

ေမာင္ေရ ျမန္ျမန္ျပန္လာပါေတာ့ဟု    “my dear, please come back to me quickly”.

စိတ္ထဲက ေရရြတ္မိေလသည္။          she whispered by herself

အတိတ္သို႕လြမ္းဆြတ္တမ္းတမိသျဖင့္ Because of missing to the sweet past days,

သူမ၏ မ်က္၀န္းတြင္ မ်က္ရည္မ်ား စို႕ေနသည္။ her eyes were full of tears.

အခ်စ္သည္ ရင္ကို ေအးျမေစခဲ့ သလို Love could make cool in the heart as well as 

အခ်စ္သည္ ရင္ကို ေလာင္ကၽြမ္းေစခဲ့၏။        love could burn her heart.

အခ်စ္သည္ ခြန္အားကို ျဖစ္ေစခဲ့သလုိ Love was to be strengthen as well as

အလြမ္းမ်ားကိုလည္း ေမြးဖြားေပးခဲ့ ၏။           Love could cause remembrance and missing feelings.

ေမာင္ရယ္..

 ျပန္မဆံုႏိုင္မွန္း သိလွ်က္သားႏွင့္                 Though I cannot re-meet Maung again,

ကၽြန္မေလ တေန႕တရက္မွ ေမ့မရဘဲ ဒီေန႕ထိတုိင္ လြမ္းဆြတ္ေနဆဲပါ. .ကြယ္။  any day I will not forget you. Until today, I still miss you
